What we keep
Your account: name, email and a hashed password (never the password itself). Your channel's name, logo and colour. The platforms you stream to, with their server address and stream key. If you connect YouTube or Twitch, the access Reon needs to change your stream title and show your chat.
About your streams
For each stream: when it started and ended, its title, picture size and bitrate, and viewer counts from the platforms. We keep the technical log for 90 days, the minute-by-minute readings for 180 days, and the list of streams for as long as your account exists, because plans are counted in streaming hours.
How it is protected
Stream keys and platform access are encrypted before they are stored, and nobody at Reon can read them back in the app. Reon runs on servers in Germany (Hetzner, EU). Cookies are only used to keep you signed in and to remember your language; there are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Who else sees it
Nobody, except the services Reon needs to work: the platforms you choose to stream to, Google and Twitch when you connect them, our email provider (Resend) for sign-in and password emails, and Google Sheets, where we review beta applications (the channel name, your name, email and the platforms you picked). We do not sell your data or show you ads.
Your choices
You can change your details, remove platforms and disconnect YouTube or Twitch at any time in Reon. Ask us and we delete your account and everything it holds.
